Two out of three black people prefer the term “all lives matter” to “black lives matter,” according to a Rasmussen poll released Thursday.

I have a feeling most working class blacks are screaming against these BLM people, but their voices are not heard. I honestly think the BLM is a white liberal agenda by SJWs like Rachel Dolezal and Shaun King who want to be the white knights for the black community. Of course the black thugs are going to join in the rallies to say "Fuck the police!" and have immunity to throw rocks at police and destroy neighborhoods. They are conditioned to see rallies and marches as an opportunity to get free shit because they know government leaders will give them "space to destroy" rather than be called racist.

It's worse than that. It's an attempt to divide the common citizens by race so they can't organize against the elite. Sure, the SJWs are just power-hungry bullies who want what they want, but the people behind BLM, the funders don't like the fact that in recent years the rise of the Internet and decline of the major media outlets have allowed people to turn away from the "official story" and start turning their eyes onto them.

BLM's main sponsor is George Soros, he spends millions of dollars to get people to riled up and create chaos. He also sponsored the Occupy Wall st. why would a corporate billionaire hedge fund manager care about low income citizens, black people and equality when he is part of the problem? They only do this to create a divide within our society when we should be sticking together and resolving current issues (eg. economy, private bank fraud/ money laundering, inequality, political system, gov. espionage and etc.). Don't get distracted by these false flag events it will only occlude us from our main problems.

While I agree with the sentiment that the #BlackLivesMatter movement hold to extremist views on real issues I think Rasmussen is a biased polling organization.

Peggy Hubbard's video has been up for 4 days now. Obviously, it strikes a chord in people to view and share it 7 million times on Facebook alone. If a cat video got 1 million hits on Youtube, it would be on all the TV networks the following day.

1 million means nothing these days, no they wouldn't get any recognition for it.

I just Googled it and found dozens upon dozens of hits for news about this video. Everything from blogs to LinkedIn to the Daily Mail to Fox are covering this. OP, what are you talking about?

I specifically wrote "mainstream media" because they have millions of viewers at any given moment. Mainstream media means ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX (not just a local station), CNN, MSNBC, Yahoo!, Google News, MSN, etc. People are individually forwarding the videos to each other right now. That's not the same as someone who turns on their TV or visits a major site and sees the story listed as opposed to the dozen Kardashian stories that no one even asked for. Your senior citizen sitting at home or your busy worker is not going to see the story. TBH, I did not see the video until this morning, and it was purely by accident. It's not headline news or even news, but it does belong somewhere for the news media because 7 million hits entirely by word-of-mouth tells me people are more than interested. Are you telling me NBC can't drop one of its cat videos or Kardashian videos to even mention it?

Eh. I think you are sort of disproving your own point. As you admit, even a video of a cat can get millions of views, so why should the international media cover it? Why is this random person's opinion more news-worth than a random cat? Because you agree with the narrative?

If I've learned anything from GamerGate, it's that MSM will ignore anything that doesn't fit into the narrative they've established.

That's my point. Reddit does that too. They will knock the score down on threads so they don't make the front page while bumping up threads which have no interest so it makes the front page.

Social media is a part of everyday society now. When you see 7 million eyes looking at the same spot, you need to do your job as a news reporter and investigate. It's simply a matter of producers making priorities like "Do we go with the cute cat video or the representative social conscience of a woman whose community is being torn apart? No one is asking for another Kardashian story, and yet, there it is. And another.

I want them to cover their ignorance, do a nice hour-long feature on it.

7 millon views it's nothing, Gagnam style has 2,399,754,753 views and we already forgot about him

I don't care if the video goes to mainstream, I hope enough people hear it so that it saves some lives... I wish the president would come out like this, i know... never gonna happen.
