A consumption tax is the only fair tax for everyone. Rich people spend money, they get taxed, poor people don't spend so they pay a lot less. Thats fair. Eat beenie weenies, pay little, the lobster tails and rib eyes are going to cost you. Drive a compact beater car or have a Rolls Royce. See how it works?

Replace the income tax and go to a consumption tax. It works the same with gasoline tax, take the bus and pay nothing, fill up the Cadillac and pay a ton.
