If the ISDS are really that innocent, why can't the deal be made public?

Why did Elizabeth Warren comment that "If the American people were to see the TPP, they would be opposed to it"?

The deal is still being negotiated, when its done we will be able to see it when Congress votes on it. There is nothing unusual about this level of secrecy.

Warren is a politician she is saying what her anti-trade base wants to hear.

No, the TPP is something that is secret for a reason.

It puts "fair use" laws at risk: https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2012/08/new-leaked-tpp-puts-fair-use-risk

It creates incentives for ISPs to police the internet: https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2012/08/tpp-creates-liabilities-isps-and-put-your-rights-risk?t=dXNlcmlkPTUyMzQxOTM0LGVtYWlsaWQ9NjYzMQ==

It allows international corporations to have the same level of sovereignty as entire countries: https://wikileaks.org/tpp-investment/TPP-Investment-Chapter-Analysis/page-1.html

when its done we will be able to see it when Congress votes on it

You mean 4 years after it passes? https://wikileaks.org/tpp-investment/WikiLeaks-TPP-Investment-Chapter/page-1.html
