He's a moron but I want him to win because I really think the US will just be a happier go luckier place for eight years.

That guy can say the dumbest shit and get away with it, I have a feeling this magic toupe of luck with extend to the economy.

I've always thought he was a dog shit, but him winning would be the funniest of outcomes, so that's my vote.

Vote LOL.

You are saying a person who is clearly much more successful than you, a much better public speaker, with a much prettier wife is a moron? I am saying, don't underestimate him intellectually and mistake his bluster for idiocy. I, for one, would not buy a used car from him or bet against him.

Disclosure: I also for the longest time thought he was all talk, but I think back in the day we just didn't have that many media options to get unfiltered coverage of candidates.

I'll tell you what, I'll concede I used moron in the reddit-sense - I don't think he's actually stupid, I think he has a highly developed fast-thinking system and experience, but his slow-thinking and wisdom are probably lacking. He's good at a few learned behaviors and I think he definitely has an above average IQ, but don't forget:

Plot human and dog IQs and there is an overlap.

The weird thing is, if a media position tries to go against him, it's on a point you intuitively knows he was making in good faith - that whole "all mexicans are rapists" - he said "some of the people coming over the border are rapists" - lol, did any one person stand up and say that was false? No, but he was criticized in a very SJWay.

He kinda exposes the natural tendency for the current knitting-circle-jerk of assholes to jump on things he says and get offended and that's coming through.

I have no idea of his economics, I'd be more Rand, but even he has some problems in his rhetoric (on healthcare, I'd love to have a coffee and talk with him about healthcare - you can see he's 90% there and is missing just one crucial element - a libertarian blindness)

I genuinely want to see Trump win because - I don't see him doing any harm, I think he singular campaign slogan is pretty nail-on-head - jobs and great again - it's preposterously optimistic but he comes off as someone who wants to prove himself - and as much as I genuinely hated the fucker, he's come out, through all the media attention, as someone you hate to like - and I only want to see him win as a lol.

But what a lol.
