The point is that if he had any political clout/accumen he would have convinced others to vote with him against those things. 4 yrs of Sanders would be 4 yrs of deadlock.

He has said some nice things but the man is politically impotent.

I couldn't agree more that the system is broke, I strongly believe that we need an outsider to shake things up. I just don't see Sanders being a guy that can change anything.

Yeah it's really disappointing that one independent legislator can't change the cooperative agenda of the two parties when they all believe it to be career suicide. If only he had more political accumen.

That's exactly my point, do you think he is going to be able to gain support from politicians that have been bought by corporations just because he is president?
