It was probably titled that way because not that many people know who Dick Morris is. Considering the whole article is about what Morris said, your theory makes little sense.

His theory makes perfect sense. Saying it's a 'former Clinton advisor' makes it sound far more significant than it is as it would be assumed to be a liberal and possibly a Clinton loyalist. Saying it is Dick Morris will either mean someone recognizes him as a conservative or, at the very least, thinks its just 'some guy'.

His main credential in regards to this story is hardly his time working for Bill Clinton 20 years ago.

The opinion of a Fox News correspondent on Hilary Clinton is definitely going to be bias. If you can't see that simple truth then I don't know what else to tell you.

If you don't know who Dick Morris is, then you aren't paying attention.

If you hate the Clinton's this much and still don't know who Dick Morris is, then you hate them even though you are grossly uninformed.
