How am I supposed to read this. It looks like Biden has a smaller ratio than Trump?

The % for each candidate on there isn’t the point. They are showing you that the total votes have decimals. Which can only mean that some votes were not counted as whole numbers. It likely means that Trump should be up way more than what he’s shown on that paper.

He is talking about trump's decimal was 0.533 and biden's was 0.45 . I also noticed that it changes between voters though, even for the same candidate, so there is no way to see what the whole spread bias was for.
Also, firefox is trying to autocorrect biden into being capitalized in my post, but not trump.
