Not 0.0534, or 0.534... The problem is in the total vote numbers (TV, BV), which should always be integers, but here have decimal digits.
Nothing can be said about the size of the fractions used from this data. But not being integers, they must be manipulated.

The thread on TheDonald.win is painful to read.

All voters are equal, but some voters are more equal than others.

That's the biggest issues with wasps, jews and niggers. They are all responsible for letting niggers into America cuz they were too lazy to pick their own cotton.
Never forget, arbeit macht frei. Doing your own work will make you free.

Man YouAreFreeTV was talking about ranked choice voting a few months ago... It was being used in other countries and she was saying how we absolutely couldn't let it happen here or we would never have a free election. At around 15 minutes: https://youtu.be/75X6h4LDj8E

You've been saying "any day now" for the last four years, and have done nothing but lose. This is just a minor speed bump as usual - then you can go back to sucking on tailpipe and reeeeeeeing real pretty for us.

Nothing but lose? Except take the house, the presidency and probably the senate

How am I supposed to read this. It looks like Biden has a smaller ratio than Trump?
[–] redmanjbj 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
The % for each candidate on there isn’t the point. They are showing you that the total votes have decimals. Which can only mean that some votes were not counted as whole numbers. It likely means that Trump should be up way more than what he’s shown on that paper.
[–] GrayGadfly 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
He is talking about trump's decimal was 0.533 and biden's was 0.45 . I also noticed that it changes between voters though, even for the same candidate, so there is no way to see what the whole spread bias was for.
Also, firefox is trying to autocorrect biden into being capitalized in my post, but not trump.
