At the end of June: Minneapolis City Council votes unanimously for proposal that could replace Police Department
Opting to reimagine police through a "restorative justice approach"
Basically it would run by these people or other communists like them.
Maybe rape victims would have to meet their rapist and discuss over coffee what happened and why /s
In other words, replace equal justice under the law, replace the rule of law, with 'community organizing' (communists) who will sit down and discuss each case with the community and those involved. KUMBA-fucking-YA
However by early Sept. the shine was wearing off that shit-turd idea and the Minneapolis city council floundered:
Minneapolis City Council members realize police are important, pull back efforts to abolish department

And that brings us here after only a week. After vowing to abolish police, Minneapolis City Council demands to know 'Where are the police?' as violence plagues the city. These clowns need to be removed, voted out ASAP https://www.theblaze.com/news/minneapolis-where-are-the-police (source article used in OP Zerohedge)
EDIT: Here's an example of what to expect from the Black Communists Matter brand of restorative justice
