It doesn't require society with 130 IQ, it requires western civilization, which requires an all white nation to function.
Although if you told me the average person from 100 years ago would now have a 130 IQ due to decreasing intelligence, I'd believe you

i kind of agree. The optimization of the European IQ bell curve is where it's at. Even if it's true that European IQ isn't the highest average, there's still something there that allowed us to beat everyone else. The explanation is probably to complex to verbalize quickly, as can be many multi-variable explanations

Nah, but I bet the average intellectual from 100 years ago was rocking close to a 130.
That's what I meant, really. The average person goes to college these days. Since the average is low, intellectual endeavors suffer.
Then you get shit like this:

EDIT: As opposed to the average person not going, and only the exceptional furthering their education in that way... which is how they used to do it.

Yeah, the average person going to college is an example of how socialism has undermined rational economic decision making.
Everyone needs college because every other job applicant has gone to college, college isn't for the value of the degree but only to signal your minimally qualified.
The costs aren't passed onto employers because they're socialized or forced onto the employee while the jews are cashing in at every level of the scam.
