The numbers have nothing to do with HCQ, they are determined by which countries have bloated pharma/healthcare industries using inflated flu/cold deaths to spread fear and desperation for patented drugs and vaccines. You will notice that the countries most in red have large powerful pharma companies lobbying government.

It certainly makes me wonder. The fundamental metric behind these charts has been compromised. There is no integrity in that department and therefore using those numbers for any sort of judgement is fundamentally flawed. At this point you have to completely ignore the officially published numbers and make your own decisions about what you choose to do and not do.
