I can see the charge being overturned due to crimes committed on another land - but why did they decide half of OK including Tulsa is now Indian reservation?
Also. Why are liberals so predictable that this is always the 5th judges fault? Liberals are the worst for universally always voting predictably. Anything that hurts this country is they side they land on like a routine.

Which is what the ruling says, congress never sorted the zoning of the state. This piece of shit can be retried in federal court. We'll see if it happens.
