Great anecdotal evidence there, many are not so lucky as you because of things like institutional bias and prejudice and a system that is in place to virtually eliminate social mobility.

I agree with you I came from poverty and I joined the Marines EAS'd(expiration of active duty service) and currently pursuing STEM(Biochemistry) degree with a nice fat savings account. It really is as simple as impulse control I chose a trailer over a dorm room for expense reasons, my clothing comes from thrift stores, and every meal I eat I cook myself. I don't live a life of luxury, I don't live a life based on obsolescence, I buy what I need and literally save 6-8000$ every year as a full-time student who is also a research assistant. People call themselves victims and don't do anything to change it.

Can you at least cite something for evidence?

Another Amalek alt I assume?

It's definitely possible, the account is over a month old though which makes me skeptical. Probably just another right wing pull-yourself-up-by-your-bootstraps nutjob.

Oh yea another!

Is it possible in your opinion that someone could advocate for a "take a look at what you could do to better your own situation first before demanding a handout" approach without being a "nutjob", or is everyone who has a different point of view from you worthy of your derision? Because it seems to me whenever I read ad-hominem attacks like this, it is usually very close-minded people who are so sure they have everything figured out and hand out insults with impunity, and spend no time in reflective thought about what anyone else says.

ITT: SJWs who are triggered by the concept of personal responsibility.

This would only be true if rich people had nobody to thank but themselves as the balancing side of the equation. I would not agree this or your assertion is true. Also, WAT?

It must be nice to live in a world were problems and solutions are simple and clear cut.
