Politifact says that Trump donated $10,000 to Scott Walker's gubernatorial campaign and $500 to Jeb Bush.

Donald Trump says he gave most of his debate opponents campaign money. He didn’t.

Candidates also aren't allowed to know what goes on in their PACs.

Edit: due to all the streams of dark money going to politicians, they don't know who is supporting them and who isn't.

That's not true. When a small group of people contribute 99% of the funds in a PAC, setup the PAC, announce that they are doing that, have conversations with the candidate that they are doing it - it's no secret.

It depends on how the PAC is chartered. The ones that spend all they have after operating expenses on electioneering and ads have to disclose their donors. The groups that don't have to disclose their donors have to spend half their proceeds on educational and cultural endeavors.
