I haven't seen the footage before. Didn't expect it to be such a complete open and shut case.
The jew media must feel really bold, to push a narrative that is so utterly debunked by clear and specific evidence.
They're trying to influence the trial by tainting the jury pool. They are hellbent on perverting the course of justice. Or they want to provoke nigger riots in case of an acquittal. Probably both.
In theory, one could avoid that problem by requesting a bench trial, but then you run the risk of getting an activist judge.
Arbery caused the altercation by running up to and attacking McMichael. That alone would arguably suffice to warrant self-defense, you're under no obligation to let someone get within striking distance before resorting to force to defend yourself.
He further escalated the situation by grabbing his weapon and punching him.
Either of which would be sufficient to prove imminent danger, and thus, self-defense.
Heck, you could even make a case that the dumb nigger himself caused the gun to go off.
Nigger logic: Trying to rip a weapon out of someone's hands while the barrel is pointed right at you.
Seems to me that it'd be difficult to even prove that McMichael intentionally pulled the trigger. Really difficult to prove beyond reasonable doubt.
Now, they'll try and argue that McMichael caused the altercation by brandishing a weapon, but that argument fails on multiple levels.
First off, they'd have to prove requisite intent. Based on what evidence?
Secondly, Arbery clearly put himself in harm's way. He could avoided that by running the other way, taking cover, or simply not trespassing.
He opted to fight.

He's clearly aggressive in the end of the leaked video, no one sees the full version though, all the news channels stop it as he runs past the truck.
They're going to try and say that since no crime had been committed they had no right to detain him. He's going to get a weapons charge or something and there's going to be riots.
