It's unconstitutional because it requires you to get government permission and pay government money to do things you shouldn't need any sort of permission for.

Got land? Know how to make shit? Fine, tell everyone you know and they come to buy your shit if they wanna.

Instead, pay a fee to get a license to open the business, pay business permits, pay to "qualify" to make whatever it is you're making (sometimes via govt. licensing), pay taxes on the materials you buy, the shit you sell, and charge taxes to anyone that buys your shit, and if it's your land, pay property taxes so it can continue existing, on and on it goes.

That's not even including any of the other myriad of ways the jews have figured out how to suppress the goyim's enterprise. Oh whoops, your doorway is 0.5" too narrow, gotta widen it to accommodate wheelchairs or the ADA will fine your $10k per day. Whoa whoa whoa, your food needs to be half a degree colder! Throw it out and pay the health inspector fee to start over. Hey!! Did that teenager just agree to work for $5/hr and free meals? Fucking PAY HIM WHAT WE TELL YOU or you'll be shut down!

All of this shit is unconstitutional. It's a classic case of missing the forest for the trees -- we're so inundated in this bullshit that the Overton Window for this shit has widened to a point of minimally "acceptable" infringements. With every new generation, it slips a little more away. If you're born within the last 10 years or so, you'll never know of a time where your every move wasn't tracked by the government, and before that, a time when you brought your rifle to school to learn how to shoot it.
