First, note "of the interracial crimes". The majority of crimes are committed within local areas, and as the U.S. is still highly segregated in terms of geographical location and race, it's no surprise most crimes are not interracial. Most crimes are, in fact, INTRAracial. I guess I shall quote wikipedia's summary of the government data:
You need to take a statistics course. Seriously. Your "citation", such as it is, doesn't imply anything you think it's implying. What you would want to look at, instead, is reporting of racially motivated crime (a very nebulous area). Nevertheless if you want to quote statistics like they're some "hand of god" resource (and they're not), justify the following.
Again, I am not saying statistics are hand of god information. They're heavily problematic and only loosely correlated to the true reality of a problem. My problem here, is that you are treating your misunderstood image as something it is not.
Edit: Amalek seems to be ignoring the fact that, unless the crimes are categorized as "hate crimes", there is no official corroboration of the statement that higher incidence of one race targeting another is anything but chance happening. Which he admits himself, and then proceeds to gloss over like an insignificant factor. Again, I am not the one proposing statistics are the hand of God, but he certainly seems to be. Evidently this user is incapable of replying due to the fact he is otherwise restricted from doing so. I am not surprised.
