I suddenly want to make some real goulash. Not that I don't like "American Goulash" (meat/tomato sauce and macaroni elbows) but I have not had a plate of real goulash in ages. I have a cheap roast that would be best sliced up in in small chunks even. Now to decide on egg noodle, tater or spaetzle style...
