Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing.
Think about this, though.... He, being a devotee of communists and an espoused socialist will become the "face of the Democrat Party" in November. That right there sticks with people, voters especially. It'll be an unshakable mark on that party for at least the time it takes for the rest of them still in office to be cycled out --attritted, really. Many of them will switch to "Independent" or another party just to keep their phoneybaloney jobs. The "D" will be a scarlet letter for them.
