Did you actually read the link? Hillary did not tell him not to use the email. The State Department’s Office of the Inspector General admonished him for it. The real question should be, why didn't the Office of the Inspector General admonish Hillary as well?
What I find most concerning so far is that it doesn't appear that anyone told her she was doing something wrong, and there was no system of checks and balances to make sure she was following procedures. The system is clearly fucked when it only tries to fix the problem by punishing people years after rather than trying to stop it while it's happening or keep it from happening in the first place.

Yeah, I did actually read it. Its the same shit over and over with these people, they are responsible for nothing. She is head of the State Dept right? And she does the same thing one of her employees is doing? Come on……..she knew ti was wrong and she kept doing it? She may not of told him to use the email but she evidently knew it was wrong or she wouldn't of admonished him. You are splitting hairs. Hillary is a serial liar.

SHE didn't admonish him.
You either didn't read the article, or you lack basic reading comprehension. There's no point in trying to convince you, because you believe she was wrong on this issue because you don't trust her in general. It's entirely possible that this article is bullshit and the arguments against her on this issue are bogus while she's still a terrible untrustworthy person, but you're not open to that possibility, so why even bother talking to you?
Lord, I hope you're never on a jury.
