People who say "full stop" instead of "period" or, better yet, just end their statements without adding verbal punctuation, cannot be trusted and about the fuck out of me besides.

  • "There's a lot to unpack here"
  • "Let's take this point by point"
  • "No ifs ands or buts about it"
  • "This is problematic"

etc etc etc

All warning signs for sure.

Don't forget this

"Let me/us be clear"

It is ALWAYS followed by lies.

I hate that they've abused "problematic," it was one of my favorite words.

Disagree on point by point but the rest 100%. You'll notice on all the rest it lets them omit parts of your argument and makes your argument "too much to handle".

Full stop is used in British English. Let's not get too carried away here.

Fair enough. Period. But am I wrong to find verbal punctuation pretentious, comma, and a little bit annoying? Question mark.
