Why should you give a fuck? Because opposition to conservative positions seem to inevitably lead down into degeneracy. Change for the sake of change, which is basically what liberalism is, eventually obliterates anything beautiful or noble or pure. Conservatism upholds standards. Society cannot function without standards.

What you speak of being suppressed is degeneracy. “Liberalism” as we know it today is an offshoot of Marxism, which only came into existence in the mid 1800s. What conservatives have traditionally fought is the erosion of civilization.

Hate it all you want.

You make a good point. Liberalism, in the modern sense of the term, only works as long as there is a strong, healthy conservative society to attack and mock and degrade. Under those conditions, the liberal can tell himself that he is the daring rebel, fighting against the forces of restriction and conformity. This is, of course, a lie. The first thing the liberal does when he gains power is impose his views on everyone else by force. Once traditional society has been completely broken down by liberals, who have nothing to put in its place, everything falls apart and liberals are scattered in confusion as anarchy reigns.

Liberalism is the act of change for the sake of change; an endless revolution that has no set endpoint, no final goals, no solution. This is why those aging liberal Boomer cucks who whine about how much more “reasonable” they were are so irritating. They thought they could stop the social change at a certain point. They thought it would only go as far as they could see.

Wrong.

We have drag queens reading books to kids in libraries because the revolution must continue. Doesn’t even really matter why. It goes on because it must.

What is there to rebel against? Nothing but a functional society. So society dies and is replaced with nothing because there was never a goal to begin with.
