I'm getting a message to subscribe or log-in for the full article, is it possible for someone to post an archive? Based on the first paragraph, it seems that many insurance companies are moving to merge. Generally, I think these moves lead to a negative impact on consumers. The views of Obamacare differ, but overall I found it to be mostly a huge giveaway to insurance companies. I was a proponent of the elusive 'single-payer' option that was never going to materialize.
