Rand is forever the idealist. He's too good for us. I say let it all collapse, it's not like Federal Jew dollars many anything anyway. Maybe we can keep the Constitution without the later amendments when we restart the US.

The Fed Jew Dollar debt is illegitimate. Default on that shit right away. All the gibmmes will die off within 6 months, the resourceful will live and then be able to thrive.

Let the bean counters count beans. The system will keep going for 100 years as long as "people" are slaving away for paper money.

They were ready to let it implode. Gotta get Trump out of his seat first though. That way they have control over the "solution."
[–] slwsnowman40 0 points 3 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago
They'll be dead because it implodes. Just pay attention to Europe, they are about 5 years ahead of us.

falling of a cliff is not a crisis until you hit the pavement
[–] Diggernicks 1 point 4 points 5 points (+5|-1) ago
Just keep kicking the can down the road, nevermind that cliff at the end of it.

He did a good job, he made his point, nobody in DC cares.

Attempting to move toward fiscal responsibility is a positive move. Purposefully spending as much as possible before declaring bankruptcy is morally reprehensible. Most people can not spend into oblivion and then suddenly become fiducially responsible. Good point, Patriot.

I will share a relatable true story. I lived in Southern Arizona back in 2007, just before the housing crash. The people on the ground know what is about to happen long before the "intellectuals" and "economists" have a clue. I remember I saw it coming when I could go to Best Buy and illegals were loading up shopping carts (plural) to the top with electronics. They were all headed South and had no intention of paying for any of it. It was out in the open, anyone with half a brain could observe and figure out what was happening, but nobody cared. Unfortunately, unless we have a global cataclysmic event, we can't get out of our debt. Maybe DC knows something we don't?

We are being consumed by evil. The game may be all but over at this point.

Rand Paul has instituted a number of fiscally responsible bills that never get off the ground. I liked the one about using El Chappo's millions for the wall.

Him and the Freedom caucus are the only ones there that make any sense at all to me. The rest of them, both D and R, can all fuck themselves.
[–] Himfirst [S] ago
Any politician who is willing to curb the fiduciary irresponsibility deserves some level of respect.

I'll give a shit when the US dollar is actually backed by something

It IS. It's called WORK (productivity).
[–] jbo5112 0 points 4 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago
It's so nice that the Federal Reserve invented technology to punch a few buttons on a computer and create more of this "WORK", right out of thin air. Maybe we can finally stop producing with our blood, sweat, and tears.

(((Debt))): fuck it

They know how it ends. They will get a tip off just before it crashes. So they just don't care. They will be retired one way or another
[–] Dr_Chaos ago
No they care about being elected, cutting funds to any sort of government program loses votes and that’s the problem.
