These companies are owned by shareholders, represented by a board of directors, acting in the best interest of the shareholders in an attempt to maximize profits as they see fit. This is their right.

Not if they take taxpayer money... You cannot take taxpayer money to build a company and then turn around and violate the Constitution.

  1. That's not true. There is nothing in the constitution or state and federal law which suggests that a company that gets money from the government loses their rights to decide who they can or cant do business with. 2. Which social media company is taking money from the government? Are you under the impression that a tax credit or tax break is money taken from the government?
