Nahhh, it's all good. In fact, that's pretty dope you speak the Fuhrer's language.

In many of Hitler's speeches, the only "it" was the Reich itself. Everything else was for "the youth, the people, the future." I wish I could understand the speeches in their native languages but even translated I can see the nuanced attention to detail.

True, the speeches are very motivating hence why they are so forbidden and hidden away in German and other German-speaking countries. Like you said, the nuances are hard to translate and so much is misquoted or badly translated - many times on purpose. On many occasions, I've caught people posting a quote from Hitler, let's say from his book. I get out my 1943 original and look it up. It's wrong, I point out how it's wrong, take a picture of the passage and post it, ask them exactly what page they are getting their quote from, and then, like magic, the jew who posted it disappears from the forum.
