“We respect all people,” claimed Bobby Thigpen, a pastor at Antioch Baptist Church in Downtown Farmerville. “We just don’t respect it when Muslims come and try to change our culture."

Oh, Texas Christians. Adorable.

Yeah, they're not that bright. It's not as if the cemetery is being built over an existing christian cemetery and everyone who dies is going to have to be buried in that cemetery. The only reasonable argument is the burial methods used by Muslims and I'm not even sure its that bad of a problem.

The interesting part is that this satire website is the only source for the quotes and names used. Most of their posts are obvious satire but in this one they started with a true title and fabricated all the other details. As an FYI Bobby Thingpen was a pro baseball player.

Islam is supposed to be contained and extinguished, not accepted into the west. Nothing good will come of worshiping the pedophile Mohammad today.

Just to take the other side of the issue, do you think rural highly uneducated Muslims of name that middle-eastern country would be cool with a bunch of stodgy old white christian people being buried on their land?
