This is nothing to what the Europeans will face.
The EU is reducing traffic lines, reduces traveling speed, increases fuel taxes, wants you to charge you to driver per KM even on smaller roads. At the same time they are cutting down tree's at massive scale, reduce parking spaces everywhere even the small towns, pop up parking meters that have ridiculous high prices.
On top of that they do not build parking spaces outside the cities, and all train stations you must pay parking fees that are also starting to get near 15 euros per day.
To make matters worse they want to band all diesels, ban gas and only allow electrical vehicles on the road.
The European leaders want you to not use your personal car but take your bicycle to driver to the bus, then take the bus to the train, then take the bus to another place where you can rent a bicycle to get to your work.
One of my colleagues told me that this is not a problem since you will be able to rent a car. However I told him, less personal cars mean less production of cars, increased cost of cars, meaning increased cost to rent a sharing car by smart phone.
There is a reason why yellow vests are popping up, they can't afford to get to their work anymore.
