Ain't going to happen. He won the last election (Kentucky 3rd Congressional District) by 62% to 37% against his republican challenger. (A woman no less) The Demographics of the 3rd District (centered around Louisville) are:53% female, 14% below the poverty line (21% for children) meaning a large number of house holds headed by single mothers, 67% White, 22% black, only 46% of Adults are Married (again showing a large number of single mothers).

Add the 22% black population to the large single mothers and you are going to get a political majority, (50% plus 1 vote).

However this district could be flipped with the right candidate and a lot of financial support from the Republican Party Which ain't going to happen either. Rich Republicans invest their money in profit making ventures, while rich democrats invest their money in party politics to get government contracts and tax perks.
