Rand Paul is a swamp beast. He stood against his own principles and saved Mitch McConnell’s ass as he was about to lose to a libertarian conservative political outsider who’s views were more aligned with Rand Paul’s stayed views. Rand Paul is directly responsible for Obama care being rammed through by Mitch after Paul saved him. Rand makes a grandiose stand when his vote means nothing. When his vote will count, he bends to Mitch’s whims in exchange for pork and power. I like what Rand says, but he has zero follow through, just like the rest of the swamp. Rand’s actual actions more similar to Jeb Bush and Paul Ryan than those of his father’s. Rand would undermine Trump -even if he has previously stood for the same idea- in a heartbeat if there was a political gain to be had.
