There is no age of legalization ... not until the Federal Government repeals its illegal prohibition of it

You say that. but I can walk into a store and buy weed, pay taxes on it, and walk right past a cop on my way out with no issues whatsoever. The feds haven't kicked down the door yet, and I have no reason to suspect that they're going to.

How is the prohibition "illegal"?

Because nowhere in the Constitution ( the law ) does it grant he government ot prohibit anything.

Back in the 1919, when more Americans cared and respected the Constitution , they passed an amendment to grant government that power and when prohibition was shown to be a failure, like all acts of government prohibition are ... they again amended the Constitution and repelled that power

Where is the amendment for marijuana or any drug? ... the answer is there is none and so the prohibition of any drug by government is illegal.
