I doubt very much that she was protesting anything other than learning from her lawyers that the adjudication facility supporting her clearance had prepared either a request for information or statement of reason as to details related to her careless handling of classified information. The prospect of a SOR in her case would have likely identified a number of guideline failures that she would have had to respond. Not likely that she would ever be able to hold a clearance in the future. But characterizing her actions as a protest is hilarious.
