The state has no limitation on felonies, per the courts. It is retroactive to all time. Assuming there was enough evidence to treat this at least as attempted Sexual Assault Third Degree or higher the statue of limitations is effectively non-existent. Personally I doubt it would be higher than Fourth Degree and therefore just a misdemeanor.

Easiest reference is the court case State vs Renfro "The Court of Appeals pointed out that the primary guarantee against bringing overly stale criminal charges is a statute of limitations, but Maryland has no statute of limitations on felonies."

Of course Maryland still has laws against sodomy and unnatural or perverted sexual practices which would outlaw anal and oral sex so who knows what they would try to do.
