That's all well and good, but then the rich and powerful who rape little kids get the victims thrown in jail years later when they come forward.

edit for the downvoters. Alisha Owens sentenced to 25 years for perjury in the Franklin Coverup

This is kind of true! The Franklin Conspiracy! Victimized kids taken from Boys Town during the GHW Bush administration were trafficked in Washington DC. When they tried to testify against their abusers a kangaroo court system treated them pretty unfairly. At least one was sent to prison for standing up for herself!

This falsely assumes that the justice system is fair. It is not, as is evidenced by some comments below. Should those who brought charges against OJ somehow be brought to account for losing the case? After all, he was adjudicated "Not Guilty" making the accusations (charges) false? Why does it matter that the charges were true if they were adjudicated false? I love the sentiment but find the logic faulty.

She got talked into this whole thing by someone who already backed out and left her hanging. She's screwed.

I haven't talked to one person IRL who gives any of this shit credibility. This whole thing blew up in dems faces.

Yeah but don’t you think it’s more wishful thinking over actually believing? Just like anything bad about DT, they believe because they want to. Those people will never be convinced otherwise. Don’t waste your time. Sit back and enjoy when their heroes go to prison instead.

I sometimes defend folks charged with crimes. Lots of friends in the field are staunch leftist pussies. Every time we talk about this I ask them how they can reconcile giving credibility to a woman's claim when she can't tell where or when something happened BUT their client with his cum in a girl is innocent of rape.

Only there media portrays here as possessing any credibility. Unfortunately, so many people minds are shaped by what the media spoon-feeds them.

Here's the big three, though apparently the list is much longer. Didn't see any mention of only green M&Ms in her dressing room.

No outside counsel questions her; The defense testifies first; Subpoena against Mark Judge.

No outside counsel questions her = no lawyer cross-examining. The senators would still be able to act, but let's face it, all they do in this whole process is grandstand.

Defense testifies first = complete reversal of case law. She's demanding the defense proceed before hearing the case against them. Utter horseshit.

The woman must think she's at some Title IX college kangaroo court.

The subpoena isn't over the top, the guy is one of the people she named. But if they're throwing around subpoenas, why not subpoena the woman herself? Skip all this bullshit.

That's the one that stuck out to me. Can you imagine, not being able to rebut allegations?

Sure, the longer she takes to testify, the longer it will take to declare Kavanaugh innocent, it's a play from the leftists.

Imagine being 50 years old and your life being ruined because of an ALLEGATION, that you acted improperly in FUCKING HIGH SCHOOL ! Complete bs . No police report ever filed, no facing your accuser, just a bs allegation. So unfair !

Yes. A teenage boy got drunk at a party and pawed a girl (or maybe he didn't). Why should this even matter if he's qualified. The only people that will be willing to go through this process will be soy boys.

There is a reason you have to be a certain age to hold office. I'm not sure if they are all the same, but they are all old enough to have left most of their childish behaviours behind.

That being said, I don't think this guy did it. I don't even think he was anywhere in the vicinity. I think the entire thing is an all in gamble by the dems with the hope being that they win big in November.

It's the highest position in the courts and has a life time appointment, you fucking ape. That's why it matters.

There is a special place in hell (and the prison cell) for people who make false rape allegations.

We’ve all been there. When your owners are like “stall this thing out for two months,” and you’ve got enough material for 6 days tops...

I remember high school English class presentations. I'm not a big talker and I could usually get at least 30 seconds of talking in before I ran out of things to say.
