Federal Judge overseeing Manafort trials patience appears to be wearing thin as Manafort's greatest crime so far appears to be mere gross faggotry, which led to the purchase of a $50,000 Ostrich Feather Jacket.
What we've learned so far about shit-dick Robert Gates, on the other hand, is that he embezzled money from Manafort, which he used to bang hot chicks all around the Globe, while his wife sat at home flicking her stupid bean.
Gates, who you can smell the Norwegian pussy on to this day, is a key witness cooperating in the Mueller probe into Russian collusion.
The federal judge overseeing the Paul Manafort trial took another shot at special counsel Robert Mueller's team Thursday afternoon, even after conceding earlier in the day that a criticism he leveled at prosecutors on Wednesday was erroneous.
This article is about 15 paragraphs longer than it should because Politico spends more time explaining how the Judge made a mistake, aka the "erroneous error," Then it does on every other aspect of the trial combined.
Long-story short, the Judge gave the prosecutor some shit, the prosecutors filed a motion asking him to reconsider since they had agreed before hand that they would allow the very shit the judge was giving them shit for, so the Judge corrected himself the next day (today) and told the jury to disregard that particular shit.
“This robe doesn’t make me anything other than human,” Ellis (the judge) told the court.
Only one in a number of bitch slaps the judge has delivered to the Prosecution in the course of this case, but it was erroneous.
Purroneous, if the judge were a cat. But I digress.
The prosecution spent about 40 minutes Thursday afternoon questioning a bank employee about Manafort’s unsuccessful effort to get a $5.5 million construction loan on a Brooklyn brownstone, only to have Judge T.S. Ellis III suggest that the issue was unworthy of such extensive discussion at the trial. Notably, Ellis made the remark with the jury present.
“You might want to spend time on a loan that was granted,” the judge scoffed
“Your honor, this is a charged count in the indictment,” the prosecutor said.
“I know that,” Ellis shot back.
In other words, your indictment is shit
And your mother's cunt smells like oranges.
The tense exchange was just the latest example of Ellis making comments that could lead jurors to question the prosecution's case or its tactics in the tax- and bank-fraud trial that opened last week.
The judge's slap at the prosecution on Wednesday ... was just the latest in a series of rebukes he's delivered to Mueller's squad in recent days over topics ranging from body language to excessive informality to efforts to introduce visual imagery of Manafort's lavish lifestyle.
i.e., Ostrich Feather Jackets
On Wednesday, Ellis scolded prosecutor Greg Andres for responding to the court's questions with terms the judge considered too casual, like "yeah" or "yup."
Just like Creepy Strzok. These virtueless fucks have no respect.
Prosecutors turned Thursday morning back to the bank fraud charges against Manafort, calling a mortgage assistant who handled his 2015-16 application for a loan on a Manhattan condominium he owned with his wife and one of his daughters.
Melinda James, an assistant at Citizens Bank, testified that Manafort signed documents declaring the Howard Street condo as a second home used as a residence for their daughter Jessica and then-husband Jeffrey Yohai.
But Mueller’s team noted documents showing Manafort had also filed tax returns declaring the property, located in New York’s SoHo neighborhood, as a rental for 365 days a year that had been listed on Airbnb. Manafort also stated that he didn’t have any other mortgages on a wide swath of real estate he owned.
The article goes on to explain that Manafort actually did have debts on other properties he owned but it wasn't technically Manafort who made the claim that he had no other mortgages in the first place, because the e-mails making those claims to the bank were sent by Gates, on behalf of Manafort, who was CCed in the messages, nonetheless
Also, the period that the property was listed in tax filings as a rental ended one month before Manafort would have gotten the loan in which the filings would have begun claiming the property as a personal home. Which they never did, because Manafort cancelled this loan anyway.
It does looks like Manafort and Gates played a little game of plausible deniabiility with the bank here regarding Manafort's mortgages that I guess technically would constitute some sort of fraud.
Gates, on the other hand, who was convicted in February and granted immunity in exchange to testify against Manafort (who if convicted would in turn be offered immunity in exchange to testify against Trump, most likely) could be stinking of a different kind of pussy quite soon. Ass pussy that is.
Manafort is probably going to get convicted on one or two of the counts against him. Testimony from his ex-accountant sounded like he was claiming foreign income as loans, or foreign loans as income. Loans he used to buy more Ostrich Feather Jackets, no doubt.
Probably not enough to do time, or at least not enough time to make him flip.
Even, if he did flip, idk wtf he'd have to say. I guess they'd try to use him to get to Don Jr. next
It seems like the FBI might have over played their hand with Rick Gates here. That dude is the biggest piece of norwegian pussy smelling shit in this whole equation.
Prosecutions last day to present evidence is tomorrow. Defense is up next week.
I have no idea whats going on
