I don't think being necessarily correlates with tendency and that is not what I was trying to get at. I was just saying that this maneuver by Germany is a move that aligns with N.A.T.O. N.A.T.O. was good for a time, but after the Soviet Union feel apart it no longer upheld its mission.
I think in the second and third paragraph I was going on a tangent. I basically meant to say that Austria should have corralled the whole Balkans and they did a poor job. The Croats were the Austrians best and most effective fighters, but nevertheless they did nothing to push the Ottomans out of the Balkans.
Serbia did a better job(Europe softness with the Ottoman Empire(French once made an alliance with them in the 16th century) proves white privilege does not exist(The Ottomans were pampered despite enslaving whites all over Europe and backing the Barbary pirates).
America did not lift a finger to help the Greeks during the Greek War of Independence when they should have in fact. Saving face is not worth it when you have to fight savagery. The Serbians have historically been in a similar position to whites in America for the last 60 years.
They would fight the Ottomans and corrupt Banana Republics being set up in the Balkans and resisted the Ottomans but got pissed on nonetheless(whites salvage non-white societies and are responsible for modern world civilization mostly yet people want to screw them over; I know its a very bad analogy but you get my point).
