Pretty much this. Stephen Harper I would say was more centrist in general wasn't all that bad. The issue with Harper and Canada is the lack of a unifying vision for this country. We are getting it more with Trudeau but his is a naive social revision. I really want someone more like Trump who will come out advocating a pride in the nation and a clear vision of the outcome he desires to bring. All we really get is this multicultural soup of sorts which demeans the founding cultures and this idiotic grandstanding that Canada is so progressive.
I moss feeling proud of my country for our acheivements and not just our pacifism. Which at this point has made us a joke on the world stage. Bring on the rake.
