I think Little is massively overstating the case and I suspect the courts will find the same thing. Stop underestimating how effective the democratic machine is in California through purely legal means, and stop underestimating how incompetent the GOP is.

Adding confusion to the situation, here's a screengrab on 4chan, about 1/6 the way through the race putting Patrick at 11.1% ( showing that it's either shopped, or evidence that they removed votes from him during the race ):

Just saying, there's some disinformation out there now making any challenge along these lines more difficult.

They don't have to be effective against a neo Nazi in a liberal state. Even the conservatives there are liberal on many issues.

Of course, by definition the vast, vast majority of conservatives/Republicans across the country are liberals. They adhere to a modernist vision that takes the grand historical subject as the individual as well as adhering to most or all the tropes of liberalism, including the vision of history as progress and economics as destiny.

In truth, the biggest difference between Republican liberals and Democratic liberals is the speed at which they prefer and tolerate so called "progress".
