I see everyone I work as as competitors. Men and women, if they are worth it of course.
I totally disagree, because I do want a partner in my personal life, I wouldn't search for a useless women unable to sustain herself that would stay at home doing shit, without education or any other ability than spread her legs and give birth while turns slowly into a whale.
I can totally take care of my wife during birth and the first month/years. But would absolutely demand of her to return to work force once raising the child is done with MY help and participation. Instead of working 16 hourse a day without having the chance to look at my own kid because I think only I can provide in a work of 2.

This is where our disagreement lies.
You, like most people these days, have allowed yourself to be convinced into believing this... notion. That a woman must pursue being like a man to prove her worth. Or else be "useless". And that dedicating herself to motherhood, the one thing that no man can do, and that is so essential to our survival, somehow lowers and degrades her. I reject this nonsense entirely and find it patently absurd.
She should be educated. So she can understand the world, protect and educate her children. A woman's greatest gift to her family and people is giving them healthy, capable children to carry on the torch. No pursuit is more important than this. Nothing can be more rewarding. It is no small thing and they should be praised and loved for it. Not scoffed at and derided as "just spread her legs". This is dysgenic and ethnically suicidal.
First months/years? How long do you think raising a child takes? You think it stops once they are potty trained?
This is why so much of our youth is so lost and misguided. So many parents eager to hand them off the first chance they get. No time or care to notice they are handing them to Marxist teachers and perverts.
That is not how it works. The 40 hour work week was around far longer than widespread women participation in the workforce.
