No, there are no actions that President Trump could take to change a congressional super-majority.

Because a dog and pony show followed by achieving nothing is what you seek in a politician?

What you described would just sickens me.

Ending the use of omnibus bills was real action, even if that makes you sad and concerned.

You're still concern trolling about your disappointment that President Trump didn't fully embrace failure by doing futile things?

Political theater that achieves nothing is not progress.

Standing up for what he believes in was precisely what he did by expressing public disgust for the omnibus bill and taking measures to ensure omnibus bills are never used again is progress.

Surely you agree that is action worth taking, no?

Or does ending the omnibus bill's use make you sad too?
