The only concern troll is you. He could have backed up words with actions and did something. Saying he has no choice means he's powerless, so which is it?

No, there are no actions that President Trump could take to change a congressional super-majority.
Because a dog and pony show followed by achieving nothing is what you seek in a politician?
What you described would just sickens me.
Ending the use of omnibus bills was real action, even if that makes you sad and concerned.
