4th amendment.

But you may say clear backpacks aren't in the constitution. Yes, well the age of 21 isn't in the constitution. Raising the age to buy a gun to an arbitrary age defeats the point of the second amendment just like a clear backpack defeats the point of the fourth amendment.

So lets do neither. One side says clear back packs. The other side says no more guns. Those politicans are so kind you'll find out both get their way.

I'm not sure about a Fourth argument for this. If you wanted Constitutional basis, I think it would be more of a freedom of expression/First Amendment argument. But we all know that in schools they don't care about that, and they are allowed to suppress that.

It has already been established that they're allowed to control what you wear in school, and if one were to disagree they probably should have cared about the Second a bit more.
