No worries friend. I feel it suffers from it's size just like every large organization. It gets bloated. I've never met anyone from Wounded Warriors who did not sincerely care about veterans. No one I personally know has ever had a bad experience with Wounded Warriors. I've looked at their financial reports and it has left me concerned. There are a lot organizations who are people in your community who got their 501c3, non-profit status, and don't have the resources to reach who they need to. I'm not against Wounded Warriors. I believe in directly supporting your community without hoops to jump through.

Thank you for your well wishes. Things are going. Sometimes better than others. It's been a journey to learn what I need to do and I can't do it on my own. I would urge any veteran who is struggling to reach out for support. Whether it is to your friends, family, a local group, or the VA. Message me if you are looking for some direction and want to keep it anonymous. Looking for support does not make you weak. Lots of money has been spent and programs created since the GWOT started. No matter how you feel about the sincerity of why they were made, the average person I've known does care.

None of us could have done it alone while we were in. You do not have to do it alone when you're out.
