TLDR: The FBI and DOJ conspired to pay a DNC employee to fabricate a Trump-Russia connection, and then perjured themselves to FISA court judges so they could repeatedly violate the 4th Amendment in an effort to rig the Presidential election.
Hang those bastards from the rafters. Every last one of them.
[–] NewAccountOldGoat 1 point 9 points 10 points (+10|-1) ago
I didn't think that memo could be TL;DR'ed but you did a nice job of it :-)
[–] 11800803? 0 points 25 points 25 points (+25|-0) ago
There is something else the Democrats are trying to hide. This memo only corroborates what we already knew, the fake Steele dossier was the whole reason a FISA warrant was asked for and approved. For them to be so upset there is something nearby that this might lead people to find.

Like the FBI and DOJ paying someone to fabricate evidence so they could violate the 4th Amendment AND try to rig a presidential election? What more do you need? This is a de facto coup attempt no different than trying to stuff ballot boxes in a banana republic so one candidate mysteriously receives 99.99% of the vote.

This leads to Lynch, and Lynch leads to Obama.
That's why they are terrified about this.

That's so true. Sometimes I get into that whole "well that's obvious" mentality, then I have to take a step back and remember that A LOT of people just don't care about this as long as their day to day remains the same. I mean this is HUGE in American politics if you are paying attention. If you don't pay attention:this is just boring shit that "doesn't effect me".
[–] 11800980? 0 points 3 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago
Nor will they know. The media is not going to report this properly. They will spin it as a Republican fantasy memo.
[–] carlip 0 points 3 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago
im struggling to see the direct implication as well. However I think its the things that are NOT said that are more damning. The people involved and the timeline gives proof to a lot of speculation, pushing it into probable cause.

that literally is what pushed me here, I am day one hour one and if this is good enough ill never go back
[–] NeedleStack [S] 0 points 6 points 6 points (+6|-0) ago
Welcome! There's no reason to go back. They will never stop censoring you.
Some of the users here may question what took you so long to figure this out but don't be discouraged. Better late than never.
[–] hels 0 points 4 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago
The nice thing about voat is you'll never be censored. Some might not like what you have to say but it'll be there for all to see.
[–] FuckYouReddit- 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
You sound like me a while ago. Annnd I look at your username and see we share similar sentiments.

This is the leading place for political discussion, every where else is censored. Post some comments and we'll up vote them.
[–] BentAxel 0 points 5 points 5 points (+5|-0) ago
It solidified the DNC was involved but nothing else. The DOJ and FBI are insulated by those working on their behalf. Easily fired and disavowed.

We knew this already and still it's ignored. Real shit needs to go down.
[–] Mishima 0 points 3 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago
"...even though the political origins of the Steele dossier were then known to senior DOJ and FBI officials [...] The [FISA] application does not mention Steele was ultimately working on behalf of-and paid by-the DNC and Clinton campaign, or that the FBI had separately authorized payment to Steele for the same information."

It's fucking insane. Or should I say, Politics As Usual.
[–] Naught405 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

They can't let the imaginary world they've built up in their heads be shattered. It's their whole reality at this point.

"The Strzok/Lisa Page [FBI] texts also reflect extensive discussions about the investigation, orchestrating leaks to the media, and include a meeting with Deputy Director McCabe to discuss an "insurance" policy against President Trump's election."
