According to the Wicked Witch of the West "That's just peanuts".

That's the one thing that gets me about people who were born into money/inheritance trust fund yuppies. If their ass had to work minimum wage or even 3 dollars over that, they would see how long and hard it is to make 1000 bucks, but that's the thing, they are ignorant to reality and live sheltered lives. I see it on the left & right, btw

Yes you are correct. Which is also the reason they have no problem raising taxes and taking from hard working people the money they earn. Because they have no sense of the hard work that goes into making it.

Yeah, well fuck her and the lobbyist train that pays her actual paycheck that she rode in on - it will be a pity with a Trump Dump Truck derails it in the near future.

but we should still continue electing rich cocksuckers who don't give a fuck about us.

Disclaimer: Just because someone is rich, that doesn't mean they are a cocksucker who doesn't give a fuck about us.

Here's the new tax tables for anyone interested: (edit: direct link) https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/n1036.pdf

I haven't seen my increase yet but I figure it to be "just peanuts" that I will "just spend" on shit I "just need". Should be enough to right my financial ship.

Fuckin' A, I voted for the right guy.

Little help here, I'm trying to figure out the amount I should have taken out of my of my pay. I'm paid weekly and in the 254-815 bracket. So I take my pay for the week. Minus the Medicare, ss and any other pre-tax deductions, so my federal tax would be $18.30 plus 12% of the total after the deductions?

I get paid biweekly so I took the fixed number from page one (159.60).

Then used the "Federal Gross Income" from my pay stub as the basis for the tax tables.

So, as I figure it, biweekly federal tax would be the $159.60 + ($18.30 + (12% of (Federal Gross Income - "of excess over"))

I would like to point out that I might be wrong about this because when I figured it last night I was not under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.

I lost nearly $250 a month since Trudeau and some of my Canadian investments tanked like 12%. And despite loosing almost half of my income up front there are politicians seriously debating on taking more so people can get $30k a year for doing absolutely nothing.

Yep. I was dying from cancer and was told to just go fuck off and die. My wife's part-time income of the about 30k/year pre-tax made us far too rich to deserve any help. Even though we obviously couldn't even afford our basic bills, groceries. I had to take a loan from my mom (funny story, banks don't lend to dying people), just to keep a roof over my head while going to chemotherapy.

I love hearing about what a Socialist paradise Canada is. Just not for anyone who actually tries to better themselves. The government lady I dealt with literally suggested my wife quit her job, and THEN they would help us once we were homeless. Fuck me, right?

Start now by giving him the proper respect, "Thank You President Trump".

That's like thanking a thief who just stole your wallet for dropping a few bucks while he runs away.

It's amazing how much we are given for free and how little respect we show for it, if at all. It's also amazing how many people try to gain respect for things they were hardly responsible for, if at all.

Thanks President Trump!

Thanks president Trump for tax-raping me in the ass only once a week! The marxist nigger Obama tax-raped me in the ass every other day!

That's what I don't get. Everyone is excited they are getting more back in their checks. Dense fuckers must not realize they actually worked for all the money in that check.

I saw 5% more of MY MONEY on my check this week! I should get ~$2500 more in my pocket this year because of Trump. Thank you President Trump! This is the first tangible benefit I think I have seen in my adult life.

That's good, but you only settle your tax bill once a year so any specific amount is just an estimate right now.

Yea. Mine won't go up more than I'm already paying, but I definitely took some exemptions. No reason not to make money on that money.

We just filed taxes and are getting a lot more back this year. Many whom I know are also getting paid more money at work. This could cause a boom but it'll take a while reversing the damage that liberals have done
