Not surprising, but that has hardly stopped any other candidates from pocketing the cash anyways. On one hand, doing this does boost up the republican/conservative presence on campuses, but on the other hand, with the way universities are in current day, I don't see this being a smooth process at all. Someone had tried to create a male only scholarship with the proceeds from an inheritance, and it was shot down and forced to accommodate minorities and women, for being deemed racist and discriminatory (Ironic when you look at who can sign up for most scholarships these days). Just don't see it being a smooth process either which way he goes.

Considering just about all scholarships are black or woman only. Outside those two groups theres really nothing for you.
