Weed rights and thought police are on two different spectrums. I'd shoot thought police if they tried me. Free speech is protected by the Constitution and fuck anyone who infringes it. Drugs are not.

People who destroy their own lives with drugs victimize both themselves and their society. If it was just themselves, and somehow wouldn't affect their children, their neighbors, and society at large, then it wouldn't be such a problem. But it does, and is.

Many homeless ended up that way due to drug abuse. They put a massive drain on our social services, medical facilities, and police, costing huge amounts of money. That's just one example. There are many more. Welfare, lost productivity, destroyed families, and etc.

Does the constitution effect the morality of something anymore than a law being brand new vs 10 years old. It's the same argument as before.
