You are exactly right in all of what you have said - (I agree totally) and that is exactly why their willingness is not a matter of consideration. They receive their power from US. One hopes that with an outsider in the Executive office that he would have some measure of latitude that insiders do not possess, both because they have "dirt" on them and their interests align with the "three lettered", but ultimately we have to stop buying into their crap. They need to be rejected by US.

I get that, but I guess I don't grok what you mean by "rejected" and "stop buying into their crap". They're already operating without the consent of the spied-upon, so what would "rejection" and "stop[ping] buying into their crap" entail?
