Because employers known the blacks, hispanics and so on were admitted to colleges as affirmative action snow flakes and given a degree just for showing up. So they have a worthless piece of paper and don't know shit.

Is This Racism? There are several possible reasons for these differences. First, minorities are more likely to be the first in their families to attend college, meaning their family networks are often less rewarding. Another reason could be that poorer students attend less prestigious schools. Of course, systemic racism could also contribute, but this data alone doesn’t prove or disprove that fact.

Lol, no. Maybe they should examine both the IQ and the "diploma" differences first. A 110+ IQ white STEM graduate will always outperform a "Grievance Studies" negress (85 IQ) in every possible way.

Cause for Hope? There is some good news for minorities, however. In 2013-16, minority families increased their net worth at a faster rate than white families. The typical white family’s net worth grew by 17%, while a typical minority family’s increased by 30-50%.

One word: "AA". We must end this kikery before it's too late. Let's start by removing all the gender/racial commissars from our workplaces.

So the simple question that must be asked when choosing what to study is: how is this going to enable me to create more value for someone who is going to be paying me to create value for them? If I had not seen answer to this question, would I come to college every day and write my essay for me and suffer many years of being there?

It's always worth it. Don't listen to shills trying to convince you to drop out.

I know a lot of plumbers and electricians in my area making 80k+ a year. Only a few of my college buddies can say that, or will ever be able to say that without inflation.

It's not about money, mate. If you have a college degree, you are well educated and therefore dangerous for the kikes, because able to publicly debunk kike's lies in authoritative way. This is why the kikes are full of shills bullshitting unaware dudes to drop out from college.
