To be honest, I'm a minimalist who enjoys really basic vegetarian food.
I had trouble finding an example of "bad prison tray food" that didn't look healthy and good to me.
I just wanted to emphasize how much fun other prisoners could have with Hillary once she is locked in a cage like the animal that she is.

you found a good one! those are official jail trays and common jail food, usually loaded with potatoes and other carbs, a small about of protein and a small serving of veggies. typical county jail food is 70% carbs, 10% protein and 20% vegetables, steamed with no nutritional value because once drained, they are more or less water.
fun fact, the trays are shaped like that so they can be stacked 50 at a time, tied down and keep them fairly warm for inmates. on days when inmates know hamburgers are a good amount of meat will be served, there will be all kinds of trades made from the inmates. gambling, trades like notebooks or stamps or envelopes...my exGF and 2 relatives were corrections officers, ive taken a few tours. county jail is living hell....especially if your white and educated.

I appreciate your insights and your experience because I have none, however even pics like this kinda look good to me because of the bread and cabbage (steam it and put a little white pepper on it and it is amazing) and lettuce. I love plain bread and cabbage and lettuce. That said, I've live in countries where salted rice is staple and grasshoppers are a protein luxury.
I'm not trying to be an edgelord, I've just always enjoyed the very basics.
